TRANSCRIPTS
A transcript is the student's official high school academic record sent upon
request to legitimate agencies. Transcripts may be obtained through the
Guidance Office. There is a fee of $3.00 for each transcript requested. If
additional paperwork is required with the transcript, the fee is $4.00. All
requests for transcripts require a signed release from the student. Students
under the age of 18 must also have a parent or guardian's signature.
