SCHOOL CLOSINGS, DELAYS, & EARLY DISMISSALS
Occasionally, inclement weather or other safety or health conditions require us
to close or delay all or some schools. Decisions are made by 5:30 a.m. for
morning closings and delays, and whenever possible, by 11:30 a.m. for early
closings. For the fastest, most reliable information on school closings and
delays, check the following:

Students enrolled in programs at the Career and Technology Center (CTC) are
to report to the CTC when there is a delayed opening or early dismissal of
school. Students assigned to morning or afternoon CTC classes should report as
usual to the Senior Cafeteria until buses depart for the CTC either at the
beginning of Block 1 or the end of the first lunch shift. Students that normally
leave at different times during the day for work study, Student Service
Learning, etc. will be allowed to do so without penalty.
