I - 695 to Exit 4 ( Rte 3/I-97 South).  Take exit 12 off Rte. 3/I-97 (New Cut Rd.).  Right on New Cut Road; pass Martin Spalding HS, turn right on Upton Road.  Randazzo Park entrance is 1/2 mile on the right.
