Biography:

I am an outdoor enthusiast and enjoy hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, biking, hunting, fishing and mud mucking.

I enjoy running and although I have the genetics of a sprinter and sprinted in high school and college, I now run races between 5-k and marathon. I have completed 5 marathons.

I have been a member of South Mountain Aikido for two years and am currently preparing to take my 2nd Kyu test.

I am the proud "mother" to two gorgeous labs, Slide and Shelby, and two snakes, Erza and Dot.

I have been married for 11 years and have lived in New York, Massachusetts, California, Utah, Vermont, and Maryland. I only have 4 of the 50 states yet to visit.
